SPECTACULAR AMETHYST QUARTZ MIXED WITH SMOKY QUARTZ FROM THE SILS AREA, SPECIFICALLY IN THE WORKS OF THE BARCELONA-GIRONA AVE TUNNEL. A VARIETY OF THESE AMETHYST CAME OUT AND WITH A DIFFERENT SHADE FROM WHICH NOW THEY CAN NO LONGER BE EXTRACTED AS THE EXTRACTION AREA IS COVERED. IN THIS PIECE WE CAN SEE SEVERAL LARGE SIZE CRYSTALS WITH A LIGHT TONALITY TYPICAL OF AMETHYST AND AT ITS BASE THE TYPICAL WHITE OF QUARTZ. SEMI TRANSPARENT OR MILKY.
